Market Intelligence Agent (mia) offers strategic market intelligence, competitor analysis, and growth signal tracking. Services may be subject to updates, maintenance, or availability limits.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, use services only for lawful purposes, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and avoid misuse or reverse-engineering.

4. Intellectual Property

All IP including code, models, visualizations, and designs remains the sole property of AureliaX Consulting B.V. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell our platforms without written permission.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Pricing structures are available upon request. Subscription auto-renewal terms apply unless canceled before the billing cycle. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, access ends and outstanding fees are due. User data can be exported or deleted on request.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of The Netherlands.
